Five days on Velebit mountain by bike

While the unbearable heat and crowds at sea are still going on, the Velebike Marathon provides an unforgettable experience in the fresh mountain air that has long been talked about with a handful of unique photos. As many as five days and 250 km on MTB and gravel bikes along the entire Velebit, starting from Krasno and Zavižan on the Northern Velebit to under Crnopac peak on the Southern Velebit. The tour created by love for adrenaline addicts and lovers of the untouched nature of the magnificent Velebit mountain. Top MTB cycling experience guaranteed!
The registration fee is 3,100.00 HRK and includes;
-Transport of people and bicycles from Zagreb and back
-Van escort that transports excess items
-4 nights in several dormitories in solid buildings on Velebit mountain
-Ticket to the Northern Velebit National Park and a visit to the Velebit House in Krasno
-Participant T-shirt
-The costs of organizing and leading the tour
-Meals – 3 meals a day (some meals are in the field) starting with dinner on 24.08. and ends with lunch on 28.08.2022.

Each participant participates at his/her own risk, and individual accident insurance is recommended. The route is mostly driven on good macadam and forest roads and a tiny part on asphalt without much traffic. It is suitable for every average recreational biker. In case of inability to ride, our vans are available all the way and all the time.
Mandatory: MTB or gravel bike, 2 spare tubes, helmet, a handy tool to repair minor breakdowns, personal cycling equipment, ID, and health card.
Applications are valid after the registration fee has been paid. The number of participants is limited to 20 due to the accommodation capacity in Velebit mountain lodges.
