Applications are possible only online via https://www.stoperica.live until Wednesday 14.7.2021 until 11:59 p.m. Registered drivers can check out on 7/17/2021 until 12:00, otherwise the entry fee will be charged to the driver’s home club.
The race is held according to the rules of UCI, HBS and the provisions of this ordinance. Drivers drive at their own risk. The organizer is not responsible for acts committed by the driver against third parties. The race is run regardless of the weather conditions.

Unlicensed drivers – all drivers who do not have an annual license and want to compete in the categories of SPORT, RECREATIONAL and VETERANS, must create one-day licenses (License Form). The amount of HRK 50.00 for a one-day license must be paid to the bank account of SRCE VELEBITA IBAN: HR8323600001102794204 (swift: ZABA HR 2X), and the confirmation of payment and application form must be submitted not later than July 17 by 12:00.
On the day of the race, unlicensed competitors are required to complete and sign a one-day license application. Unlicensed drivers who do not have a one-day license issued by HBS will not be able to compete in the race! The categories Sport and Recreationalists are not running for the National Championship and titles, but only for the XCO HEART OF VELEBIT race. Competitors coming from outside Croatia do not compete for titles and drive out of competition in the Sports or Recreational category.

PROGRAMME:
Saturday, 17.07.2021 – it is possible to try the trail on your own risk from 8 a.m. till 7 p.m.
Sunday, 18.07.2021 – training (the track is open until 09:00 a.m.) – registration and division of start numbers on the start-finish plane from 8 a.m. till 9:45 a.m.
RACE SCHEDULE BY CATEGORIES
The number of laps for each category is subject to change based on the decision of the Chief Judge and the Director of the race. Appeals against the results may be submitted to the Chief Judge 20 minutes after their publication, in writing, with a deposit of HRK 150,00.
The order of roll call will be according to the current UCI rank, and according to the order of applications for competitors without points (unless the drivers without points are all members of Croatian clubs, when the order of the HR Cup will be applied). Obligation to carry a transponder – chip (at the start number), pick up an hour before the race and return of the transponder – chip immediately after the race.
Divisions and accreditation for F / TZ when picking up numbers and is mandatory in the F / TZ zone.
Competitors caught for the round will be eliminated at the finish line.
For beginner categories, changes in starting times are possible, depending on the number of registered competitors.
WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT:
After the race and lunch, the announcement of the winner at 4 p.m. Lunch is organized for competitors and their entourage.
MEDALS:
For the first three places in the categories: Elite (M, W), Juniors (M, W), Cadets (M, W), Veterans, Sports, Recreational U15 (M, W), U14 (M, W), U13 (M) , W), U11 (M, W), U9 (M, W), U7 (M, W). Sponsor awards for the first three places by category.
